Brothers,
 
It is my pleasure to announce that our brother, John Moscoe, of the Col. James D. Brady Camp #63, SUVCW, Petersburg-Williamsburg, Virginia has
received a commendation from SUVCW Commander-in-Chief James B. Pahl  for recruiting five new members since August 2006.  This commendation
authorizes Brother Moscoe to wear the National Ribbon under his membership badge for twelve months.
 
The commendation will be formally presented to Brother Moscoe at the Department of Maryland's 120th Annual Encampment on April 21, 2007 by
Senior Vice Commander-in-Chief Charles Kuhn.
