  1. Whereas the filing of annual reports and per capita tax is required by both Department By-Laws and the National Regulations and:

  2. Whereas the Department Commander may suspend a camp for failing to file such annual reports and per capita tax within the time
    specified by law:

  3. Now therefore I as the Commander of the Maryland Department SUVCW in accordance with Chapter I, Article I, Section 7 of the Regulations of National Organization of the SUVCW did suspend the 7th West Virginia Infantry Camp No. 7 for failing to file their annual reports and per capita tax by Department Order No. 3 issued July 14, 2004.

  4. The 7th West Virginia Infantry Camp No. 7 having filed the missing reports and per capita is hereby reinstated to full status as a Camp in the Department of Maryland, SUVCW.

  5. I thank the brothers of the 7th West Virginia Infantry Camp No. 7 especially PDC Robert Williams for providing the needed documents to regain their good standing in the Department.
