Headquarters Department of Maryland, January 27, 2005

  1. Whereas the bylaws of the Maryland Department call for the Department Commander to issue a Department Order establishing the date and time of the Annual Department Encampment.

  2. And whereas the time has arrived for the date to be set for the 118th Annual Encampment of the Maryland Department SUVCW.

  3. Now therefore I, James R. Hanby do hereby establish April 23, 2005 as the date of the 118th Annual Encampment and that said encampment will begin at 9:30AM.

  4. The Headquarters for the Encampment and Banquet will be the Holiday Inn Select, located at 630 Naamans Rd. Claymont, DE 19703.

  5. More information will follow to register for the Encampment.

  6. Room reservations can be made by calling 1-302-792-2700. The rate will be 89.00 plus tax for Friday and Saturday nights for single or double occupancy. When calling be sure to mention you are with the SUVCW to obtain the special rate. Reservations must be made by 3/24/05 to get the special rate.

  7. I encourage all camps to send a representative and welcome all brothers to come and aid in the government of your Department.
