1. Having been duly re-elected by the delegates present at the 118^th annual encampment of the Department of Maryland SUVCW held in Wilmington, Delaware April 23, 2004, command of the Department is hereby continued at 808 Wilson Rd. Wilmington, DE 19803.

2. I wish to thank the officers and members of the Maryland Department for the trust they have placed in me by electing me their Commander. I will do all in my power to live up to that trust.

3. I herby appoint the following officers to serve the Maryland Department for the year 2005-2006. Their contact information is available on our web page.

4. I look forward to an active year and encourage all camps to notify me of their meetings and special events. Whenever possible I will attempt to attend in person or find another Department Officer who can attend.

5. Like last year some of my goals this year are to increase membership, establish new camps, and improve communication among the camps. We have three new camps still working on forming in the department. In addition I would like to see us do more to promote the growth of the Allied Orders throughout the Maryland Department. Look for further details on plans regarding these goals in the coming months.
