  1. Whereas in Department Order No. 2 series 2004-2005 I created a membership drive competition among the camps of the Department:

  2. And whereas the Col. James D. Brady Camp No. 63 has had the greatest increase of membership year to year:

  3. I therefore declare the Col. James D. Brady Camp No. 63 to be the winner of the Membership Merit award for the year 2004-2005.
