1. Whereas the Brothers of the Taylor-Wilson Camp No. 10 have completed the process to become a new camp of our Order.

2. And, whereas on November 19, 2005 Commander in Chief Donald Darby saw fit to approve their Charter and affix his signature thereto.

3. Now, therefore I, James R. Hanby, Sr. Commander of the Maryland Department Of the SUVCW do now have the honor of presenting the Taylor-Wilson Camp No. 10 with their Charter.

4. I extend my personal thanks to Brother Clifton W. Potter, Jr. for serving as the Camp Organizer.

5. I also wish to thank those Brothers whose names appear on the Charter as Charter Members, namely Clifton W. Potter, Jr., Charles E. Driscoll, Timothy N. Ake, James H. Scranton, Kenneth G. Rowlette, Kevin E. Shroyer, Douglas J. Richardson, and Mark Day. On behalf of all the officers and members of the Department of Maryland I commend your efforts and look forward to working together with you to strengthen our Order.
