1. Whereas Overland Camp No. 98 has not filed it’s annual return for the last three successive years.

2. And Whereas the last known officers of Overland Camp No. 98 have not responded to phone, email, or letters regarding the status of said camp.

3. Therefore I, James R. Hanby, Sr. Department Commander of the Maryland Department of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War have no choice but to request that the Commander in Chief of the Sons of Union Veterans, Donald Darby formally terminate the charter of Overland Camp No. 98 Department Of Maryland.
