1. Whereas the Brothers of the Luray-Carlisle Reunion Camp No. 1881 have completed the process to become a new camp of our Order.

2. And, whereas on April 22, 2006 Commander in Chief Donald Darby saw fit to approve their Charter and affix his signature thereto, while attending the 119^th Annual Encampment of the Maryland Department.

3. Now, therefore I, James R. Hanby, Sr. Commander of the Maryland Department Of the SUVCW do now have the honor of welcoming the Luray Carlisle Reunion Camp No. 1881 as a camp in full status in the Maryland Department. I extend my personal thanks to Brother Robert H. Moore, II for serving as the Camp Organizer.

4. I also wish to thank those Brothers whose names appear on the Charter as Charter Members, namely Robert Hume Moore, II, Gregory Allen Kelly, Christopher Wayne Gray, Daxton Hilliard Moore, Floyd Charles Campbell, Jr., Kenneth David Marston, Donald Eldon Seal, Robert Hume Moore, Sr.

5. On behalf of all the officers and members of the Department of Maryland I commend your efforts and look forward to working together with you to strengthen our Order.
