1.     The Commander, Department of Maryland, takes pleasure in commending Brother John Moscoe of  Col. James D. Brady
        Camp #63, for outstanding performance in recruiting new members for the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War.
 
2.     Brother Moscoe has recruited nine new members for the Col. James D. Brady Camp #63, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil
        War, in the period between April 2005 and December 2006.
 
3.     Brother Moscoe's success in recruiting new members brings great credit to himself and is in the finest tradition of our order's
        mission to perpetuate the memory of the Grand Army of the Republic and the men who saved the Union 1861 to 1865.
